STEALING OPPONENT'S CAMPAIGN SIGNS

 

Has Sleepy Hollow Mayoral Candidate Karin Wompa no shame?  Obviously not.  Is she a desperate candidate?  Obviously yes!

 

Many shop owners along Beekman Avenue have posted campaign signs supporting Mayoral Candidate Ken Wray and his Team.  Apparently, that fact didn't sit well with Mayoral opponent Karin Wompa, and so, she decided to take matters (and her opponent's signs) into her own hands.  In a video that has been submitted to Mount Pleasant Exposed, we can clearly see Karin Wompa, skulking about in front of a local business, waiting for the opportunity when the owner's head was turned, to sneak in and remove her opponent's campaign sign from the store window.  What a great example of Karin Wompa's character, or, more accurately put, the lack thereof.  Team Wompa must be extremely DESPERATE if they think that by stealing the campaign signs of their competitors, that it will somehow change the outcome of the election.  However, we should not be surprised by Ms. Wompa's actions here.  After all, Karin Wompa stole the Democratic endorsement for Mayor through a rigged Caucus, so it should come as no shock that she now resorts to stealing campaign signs.  Is this the candidate that you want to be your next Mayor.    

 

Interestingly enough, Karin Wompa is not the only "sign stealer" in her family.  Her millionaire husband, JP Morgan Asset Manager, Urmas Wompa was also caught on video removing signs calling for the resignation of his wife and Village Attorney Gandolfo.  (Wonder what JP Morgan would think of his actions?)  And not to be outdone, Village Attorney Janet Gandolfo is seen on a number of videos, removing those same signs in the middle of the night (Note to Ms. Gandolfo - you should really dress better when you go out on sign patrol, even during the wee hours of the morning - you never know where the camera is hiding!)

 

And let's not forget Trustee Evelyn Stupel, the Trustee who changed the rules so that she could sell her home without a Certificate of Occupancy.  Ms. Stupel was observed on video last night removing signs, as well.

 

How pathetic are these individuals.  Obviously, they don't believe in free speech or the right of the people to post signs expressing opposing views.  The Gandolfo Regime must come to an end - TODAY!

 

Sleepy Hollow - today you have a chance to rid yourself of this corrupt group of individuals.  You can clean up your Village with your vote.

          Trustee - John Leavy
